What to write about
Corrections & factual feedback
If you spot a pricing error, a product that's been discontinued, a spec that's changed, or anything that looks wrong — please tell us. We update posts when facts change, and we credit readers who catch real errors (first name and location only, if you'd like).
Product support
Questions about a printable you purchased? Downloaded file not opening? Wrong page size? We'll sort it out. Include your order number or the email address you used at checkout.
Note: payment and refund questions go through Stripe (our checkout platform). If you need a refund, reach out to us directly and we'll process it through Stripe on your behalf.
Partnership & PR inquiries
We occasionally collaborate with brands and tools that genuinely fit the site's focus. If you're reaching out about a sponsored post, product mention, or affiliate arrangement, tell us what you're working on and we'll let you know if it's a fit. We only feature products we'd actually recommend to a friend. Cold outreach for irrelevant niches won't get a reply.
