What’s inside
- Six household zones with seven actionable tasks each
- Write-in strips for custom tasks or notes per zone
- One page, US Letter — print, post on the fridge, repeat weekly
A Sunday reset works because it removes the two decisions that sink most cleaning routines: what to do, and when to stop. Six fixed zones, seven tasks each, done in whatever order suits the room — that structure is what makes it repeatable past the first couple of weeks.
This printable is the free standalone version of the checklist featured in the full Sunday Reset Routine guide. It works on its own — print it, post it, run through the zones — no purchase needed.
What makes this version different
Most Sunday-reset printables online are either gated behind an email signup or sold as an Etsy download. This one is a direct PDF, one page, US Letter, with two write-in strips most versions skip: a "carried over from last week" line for tasks that slipped, and a "this week's one focus" line for a single priority — not five.
How to use it
Post it somewhere your eye lands naturally — the fridge, a cabinet door. Work the zones in any order; start wherever looks worst or wherever you have the most energy. Skip a zone entirely if it does not need attention that week. Checking six of seven zones still counts as a completed reset.
Common questions
Do I have to run the reset on Sunday specifically?
No — the day matters less than the consistency. Saturday evening, Friday afternoon, or Monday morning all work as long as it is the same day every week. "Sunday reset" is just the common name for a fixed weekly home reset; the printable itself has no day printed on it.
What are the six zones on the checklist?
Kitchen, living spaces, bedroom, bathroom, entryway and bags, and an admin/week-prep block. Each zone lists seven specific tasks with checkboxes, so nothing has to be remembered from memory.
Is this the same as the Weekly Home Reset Checklist?
No — different structure, same goal. This one is organized by zone with seven fixed tasks and write-in strips for carryover items and a weekly focus. The Weekly Home Reset Checklist is organized by room with open task checkboxes and a general notes strip. Both are free; use whichever framework fits how you plan.
Does the download really require no email sign-up?
Yes. Click the download button above and the PDF opens directly — no form, no gate. The newsletter link further down this page is a separate, optional way to hear about new printables; it is not required to get this checklist.
