  • Midpoint donation checkpoint on day 15 with a built-in donation log row
  • US Letter, print once and use the whole month — no date lock-in

A month-long calendar solves a specific problem: "declutter the house" is too vague to start, and a single weekend marathon burns out before the house is actually done. Thirty short, specific daily tasks remove both barriers — you always know exactly what today's task is, and it never takes longer than 20 minutes.

This is the free standalone calendar featured in the full 30-Day Declutter Calendar guide, which covers the full week-by-week zone order and the logic behind it. The calendar itself needs no purchase — print it and start on day one.

Why the order matters

Week one starts in the kitchen — the most-used room, with the most visible payoff. The hardest categories (the sentimental box, digital clutter) land in weeks four and five, once momentum from twenty easy wins is already built. Reversing that order front-loads the difficult decisions and is the most common reason a 30-day challenge stalls by day five.

How to use it

Print the one page, post it somewhere you will see it in the evening, and check the box when each task is done — the physical act of checking it off matters more than it seems. If a day does not apply to your home (no garage, no linen cupboard), use that slot for a second pass on the nearest equivalent space instead of skipping ahead.

How long does each daily task actually take?

10 to 20 minutes for most tasks. A few decision-heavy zones — the junk drawer, the sentimental box — can run longer. The calendar is designed so 15 minutes a day is enough to finish in 30 days; if a task runs past 20 minutes, stop and pick it up the next day rather than skipping ahead.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing resets. Do the missed task the next day and continue from there — a 30-day calendar finished in 35 days is still a completed calendar. The sequence matters more than the exact dates.

What's special about day 15?

Day 15 is a built-in midpoint checkpoint: count your donation bags, log items, and schedule the actual drop-off. A donation box sitting in the hallway for three weeks is still clutter — day 15 is designed to get it out the door before momentum stalls.

Is the calendar really free, no email required?

Yes. Many 30-day declutter calendars online are gated behind an email opt-in form — this one is not. The download button above links straight to the PDF.
